Kathy Ryan distinguished herself during her career in the culturally diverse industries of insurance, hospitality and entertainment, as well as becoming a successful entrepreneur and author. She is recognized as a leader in her profession having attained the highest level of certification from the Society for Human Resources Management, Senior Professional in Human Resources, which validates mastery in the field of human resources management.
Kathy lives in Orlando, Florida. She graduated from Dickinson College with a major in psychology and history. Kathy Ryan is author of the book, "You Have to Say the Words" An Integrity-Based Approach for Tackling Tough Conversations and Maximizing Performance, published by Achievement Press.
